…And that’s just what they’ll do!

My beloved Asics were run down to a thread. They served me well for over 1,5 years and many miles, but the time had come.

So, after great advice at a running shoe specialty store, I switched to the Nike Zoom Elite+ 4. It is a much lighter and slightly more neutral shoe than my old pair. Since I overpronate slightly, they shot a video of me running to ensure the Nikes offer enough support. It’s very cool to see your own feet run in slow motion.

I went for a short run last night – and they feel GREAT. It felt like I was running on air – which technically speaking, I am!

I also chatted with a Rep from Newton Running who was in the store and showed me their new shoe line-up. It’s a very cool concept, and as soon as they are available here I’m going to pick up a pair.
