Where do we even begin? The bitchy sales lady, the manager that made us believe we got the deal of the century only to find out we got the same price at their own online store, the rude and sloppy installers that got the doors wrong and ‘forgot’ to level the machines properly, the brand new (!) washer refusing to open and displaying all sorts of error messages, or the amount of time, money and stress this whole episode caused?
