Fresh raw herring, hmmmmmm

Want the key to a Dutchman’s heart? Feed him herring. No, no not pickled or canned, just raw and on a fresh white bun with some finely chopped onions. Heaven! If you really want to WOW, serve with a small glass of ice cold Aquavit (Norwegian) or a jonge jenever (Dutch gin). Bottoms up!
